Cordelia

Cordelia is on the western border of the City of Fairfield, near the Green Valley.  Located at the intersection of Interstate 680 and 80, this small community is perfect for commuters.  In Cordelia, you can find starter homes, semi-custom homes, and executive homes. These homes will range in size from approximately 1000 square feet to over 3500 square feet. Cordelia Village and Southbrook represent sister communities near Cordelia in Fairfield, along with the Ranch Subdivision, Bridgeport Ranch Apartments, and the River Oaks and Bella Vista new homes to name just a few community developments that make up what is collectively known as “Cordelia”.
